C3MG uses trained experts combined with state-of-the-art computer technology to provide scheduling and project management services for architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and governmental entities.     Project Planning

    Project plans are developed at the front end of any and all phases of a project to facilitate scope definition, minimize potential oversights, and promote communication among participants. Project organization, work breakdown structures, activity definition, execution plans and procedures, and overall project management are clearly defined and illustrated to insure proper schedule development and control throughout the execution phase of the project. By clearly defining the project parameters, C3MG personnel can help monitor activities, track progress, and prevent potential conflicts by recognizing critical areas.

    Critical Path Method (CPM)


    CPM scheduling can occur on various projects at different phases, including conceptual, design, and construction. C3MGís capabilities include developing and monitoring various hierarchies of network schedules including master, summary, and detail levels on computerized scheduling systems. Schedules can be cost and/or resource loaded to assist with resource allocations and leveling, as well as financial planning. Progress can be monitored and updated regularly (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) to determine forecasts and variances from the original plans. C3MGís personnel can provide clients with customized reporting, such as bar charts, logic diagrams, tabular reports, delay or impact reports, resource and cost graphics, etc.

    Schedule Quality Assurance


    In addition to providing clients with fully detailed project schedules, C3MG is capable of reviewing and analyzing existing schedules as a form of quality assurance. C3MGís experienced personnel utilize historical data, current methodologies, and local conditions to assure clients their projects will be completed on time. Our staff will perform critical path/float analyses, network/logic analyses, constructability reviews, cost and resource loading verifications, and sensitivity analyses. C3MG can insure that full compliance with project requirements and specifications will be achieved.

    Schedule Maintenance, Control and Reporting


    C3MG provides schedule maintenance, as necessary to projects, including verifying physical progress, inputting progress or schedule status, and producing updated schedule reports. The reports may include bar (Gantt) charts, resource usage, cashflows, and fragnet schedules. This assures clients have the proper basis for making decisions. In addition, project control can be maintained through schedule analyses, forecasts, recommended corrective actions, and adjustments.
